Training Schedule: August 4th - August 10th

Monday: Day Off!
Tuesday: Bike. Ride 20 mi with some hills followed an easy 10 minute run.
Wednesday: Coached Swim
Thursday: Run 3 miles
Friday: Swim 1600’ yards.
Saturday: Coached BRICK
Sunday: Run 6 miles easy on a flat terrain

This week's focus is CONFIDENCE.
