Training Schedule: Monday, September 1- Sunday September 7

Monday: Day Off!
Tuesday: Bike. Ride 20 mi with some hills followed an easy 10” run.
Wednesday: Coached Swim
Thursday: Run 4 miles with some intervals on flat terrain.
Friday: Swim 1600’ yards.
Saturday: Coached BRICK @Griffith Park
Sunday: Run 6 miles.
